Before joining the Performance team,  Vadim worked in the Automotive Retail industry for 20 years. The first 10 of which were spent in every retail sales capacity from Sales Consultant to F+I to General Sales Manager.  The latter 10 years were spent as a General Manager. By combining his experience, documented track record of dealership operations excellence, NADA Dealer Academy education and passion for the industry, Vadim has a unique skill set that allows him to bring tremendous value to both our dealer and strategic partners in every facet of their operations.


Corey Smith has been serving and advising those in the car business for almost 20 years, specializing in service writing, training and mentoring. Bringing with him vast knowledge and experience, from all over the state of Maine, including major dealerships such as Lee Auto Group, Quirk Auto Group, and Berlin City Auto Group.

Corey loves training, teaching, guiding and assisting others to see their own potential. Corey’s work ethic is one to be admired and his confident yet calming presence is something all clients can relate to and connect with.
